Using AVL means you accept these terms as a researcher, librarian, institution administrator, or platform administrator.

Acceptable Use Policy

• No scraping, automated bulk extraction, or credential sharing.
• No uploading plagiarized, unlawful, or embargo-violating content.
• No attempts to bypass entitlement and tenant boundaries.

Subscriptions and Payments

Premium resources may require active subscriptions or single-document purchase entitlements. Payment gateways apply their own processing terms.

Intellectual Property

Institutions must only upload content they have rights to distribute. AVL may remove infringing content and suspend related accounts.
